The clients wanted a contemporary, timeless environment in their 3-bedroom Duplex.
The upper main floor features a living and kitchen area that opens up the space by removing partitions. This creates a more functional and spacious floor plan. A large walnut island and built-ins add to the modern aesthetic, while a “hidden door” conceals the existing powder room near the kitchen. The fireplace is also remodelled into a three-sided gas fireplace, allowing it to be visible throughout the upper floor.
All bathrooms have been renovated and updated. New wide blank oak floors and glass railings are installed throughout the three levels, bringing more natural light into the low-lit staircases.
We hired Susanne for a major renovation in our new home. Right from the first meeting, we were confident in her design capabilities and her proactive, creative and practical approach.
